Offer & booking terms
These terms apply to the $5 first oil-change campaign and text-to-book service operated by JRD Auto Maplewood LLC, doing business as Durand Automotive.
The $5 first oil change
- This offer is for new Durand Automotive customers only. Anyone already in our customer database and any vehicle we have previously serviced do not qualify. We check your name, phone number, email address, VIN and license plate/state against shop records before reserving. If we cannot complete those checks, no appointment is confirmed. A contact record created from your campaign inquiry does not, by itself, make you a prior customer.
- One offer per customer and vehicle. The $5 offer includes conventional oil up to 5 quarts and a standard oil filter.
- Synthetic oil, diesel and some European vehicles are priced differently. Taxes and shop supplies are extra. Your vehicle’s oil and parts requirements may affect the price; the shop will confirm any applicable difference.
- Campaign appointments are available only October 19–25, 2026, subject to open slots. The scheduler does not accept appointments for a later week.
- All displayed times are in America/Chicago (Central time). There is at most one campaign appointment per hour, none from noon to 1 pm, and the last possible start is 3 pm. Not every permitted hour is necessarily open. Appointments are scheduled arrival times, not guaranteed service completion times.
- Submitting an incomplete form or selecting a time does not reserve an appointment. Your booking is reserved only when the service displays confirmation.

Texting FIVE requests a personal booking link and texts needed to manage that request or appointment. It does not, by itself, enroll you in recurring promotional texts.
You may separately choose to receive recurring automated promotional texts from Durand Automotive at the number you used. This optional choice appears unchecked on the booking form. Promotional messages are limited to up to 4 per month. Consent is not a condition of purchase or booking. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Unsubscribing from texts does not itself cancel an appointment. For appointment changes or other support, call 651-739-4940. Message delivery can be affected by your carrier and device.
Your booking details
Please provide your full name, email address, street address, city, state, 5-digit ZIP code, vehicle year, make and model, 17-character VIN, license plate and plate state. Your phone number comes from the text you sent and is tied to your personal booking link. This campaign requires a vehicle from model year 1981 onward with a standard 17-character VIN. You must verify your email address with the emailed code before booking. Email verification does not enroll you in promotional messages. Keep your personal booking link private. We save your inquiry and booking details in our customer records and use them to arrange your visit and check eligibility. Read our campaign privacy notice for details.
