This notice describes information used by JRD Auto Maplewood LLC, doing business as Durand Automotive, for its $5 first oil-change campaign, text messages and booking page. It applies to this campaign service.

Information we collect

Your mobile phone number and messages you send to the campaign number.
The name, email address, street address, city, state, 5-digit ZIP code, vehicle year, make, model, VIN, license plate and plate state you submit.
Your email verification status and confirmation timestamp, selected appointment, booking status and information used to check new-customer eligibility.
Your consent choices and related records, including when consent was given or withdrawn and the version of the terms shown.
Technical request information needed to operate and protect the service, such as request times, network information and booking-link tokens.

Why we use it

We save incoming campaign texts and the sending phone number in our customer records. When you submit the booking form, we add your contact and vehicle details. We use this information to send an email verification code, confirm that you can access your email address, send your requested booking link, arrange and manage your appointment, identify your vehicle, check existing customer and vehicle service records before reserving, respond to support requests, honor text-message opt-outs and maintain reliable booking and consent records. Creating a campaign inquiry record does not, by itself, establish prior-customer status or enroll you in promotional texts.

Verification codes are not retained in plain text. Recurring promotional texts are optional. We send them only if you separately agree. Declining promotional texts does not prevent you from booking or receiving the offer if you otherwise qualify.

Who can receive it

Authorized shop personnel and service providers supporting our messaging, hosting and appointment systems may process information as needed to deliver this service. We do not sell your campaign information or share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from campaign texts or HELP for help. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or get help with a booking, call 651-739-4940. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

We retain information as needed to operate the campaign, manage appointments and customer service, document consent and opt-outs, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Some records may need to be kept after a deletion request for those purposes.

Keep your link private

Your texted link provides access to the campaign booking flow for your phone number. Do not forward or publish it. This campaign page does not use advertising trackers.
